I was there today, shooting video not surfing. What a spectacle! Great swell, What do you guys think? Big as you thought it'd be?

All along the coast people on the side of the road were just staring at the sea--trance like. Even spots where it wasn't rideable, they just stood and stared. I felt like I was in a open air church.

I was surfing on Wednesday about 2:15 when a helicopter was shooting pics. They got my friend on a macker. Anyone know who they were? My friend would like to have a copy. Thanks for any help.
