Thanks. I always wondered though, why during a break / holiday people suggest to 'be safe'? Perhaps theres more incentive for people to commit crimes during the break. I've heard that theres an overall inrease during winter + spring break of water balloons thrown per capita. Crazy I know.

The reason I say "be safe" is because 4 years ago tomorrow I lost a 6 month old cousin and almost lost my 23 year old cousin to a drunk driver on Christmas Night.:(

That was the worst Christmas I have ever encountered. People tend to drink a little more, and I don't blame them. But then you have the ones that go out and drive, and take innocent lives.

So even though you may be a safe person yourself, there are others that are not safe.

I'm sorry for your family's loss. I can only imagine that this time of year must be very difficult for you. Yes, let's all be safe out on the roads, in the water and everywhere!
